How do you feel BAW participation benefited your organization and the local community?
It generated enthusiasm about scientific research. High school students contacted the PI for research internships.
Please share any suggestions or lessons learned that may help others plan future events:
College students tend to under-estimate the level of preparation of younger students, particularly at the middle and high school level. We learnt that they need to be well prepared for a curious and intelligent audience!
