Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
courses. Research posters and handcrafted 3 dimensional brain models were all displayed. Ex The general research topic was “The sustainable Brain” which related to the normal functioning of the brain and some of the common diseases/disorders associated with it. At the conclusion of this activity all students who participated in the week of activities were presented with a “Brain Awareness Week” certificate of participation. Our goal was to reach the wider college community focusing especially on the students, however the exhibition was open to the general public. The exhibition was most successful; visitors from the college community, high school and primary school students attended the event.
