Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
Four conferences were presented at the University, addressing themes such as the brain of the pre-term baby, the brain of pregnante teenager, memory, and the effect of HIV on brain function. We also organized a workshop with children in a local school, developing activities to introduce neurosciences to this sector. Additionally, we performed a contest of scientific dissemination posters with neurosciences themes
