Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:

In the same day, two different event in teo High School of Camerino (MC) Auditorium of I.P.I.A Auditorium of Licei di Camerino High School Camerino (MC) Brain Exploration This event is open to teachers and students of High Schools of Camerino, for making aware on the fascinating research on brain and of the contribution of brain research improvement in daily life. In particular the seminar will be focused on the different techniques that can be used the study and analyzed the brain and the nervous tissue, starting from autopsy up to the innovative image analysis techniques. The two seminar, before scheduled on March 15, were postponed on March, 21. Due to bad weather, the schools of Camerino were closed in the week of BAW. The two events dedicated to secondary schools were followed with great interest from students attending them. Lecturers were particularly impressed for the large number of questions and for the active partecipation to the discussion of students.

In the secondary schools, different day before the events, posters have been posted. The teachers were involved and encouraged the students to participate in the seminars A local newspaper, published an article one week before. How do you feel BAW participation benefited your organization and the local community?

The two events dedicated to secondary schools were followed with great interest from students and professors attending them. Lecturers were particularly impressed for the large number of questions and for the active patecipation to the discussion of students.
