Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:

Brain Bee Individual Competition held on 7 Feb at Dept. of Neurosciences UNM. The winner was Aleyna Barela from Taos who when on to represent New Mexico in the national competition. Team Competition held on 12 March as part of Neuroscience Day Neuroscience Day Held on 12 March at the UNM School of Medicine. Included research poster session, keynote lecture by Dr. Garret Stuber, Brain Bee competition, lunch, and panel discussions. Involved researchers from various departments and institutes, students, faculty, and member of the community.
