The objective of the Project is to raise awareness about the brain, it’s functions, the specifics of this organ, all this in an unusual way. General topic of THE 2015 was “The brain and individuality”. Approximate number of participants, that were included in a total program content, was over three thousand citizens. Through the Project, a special attention was drawn to “Scientific café”, which we have organized throughout the week, where we had the opportunity to listen to lectures of our colleagues from the medical faculties in the region – Zagreb, Rijeka, Osijek, Mostar, Sarajevo. During the week, a total of 40 workshops were held in various educational institutions and social – pedagogical living communities, as well as 10 sessions with different thematic, all within the main topic.

Feedback & Keys to Success
How do you feel BAW participation benefited your organization and the local community?
Our organization is very happy that she took part in the week of the brain. Our program lasted six days. On this project we had 95 students at the University of Tuzla and students from Zagreb, Rijeka, Osijek, Mostar Banja Luka and Sarajevo. During those six days we have learned throughout the program and socialize.
Please share any suggestions or lessons learned that may help others plan future events:
The program definitely needs to insert scientific café and a sports day.
