Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:

Brain Awareness Week kicks off today! It is a global campaign to increase public awareness of the progress and benefits of brain research. The brain plays a major role in our balance system, receiving signals from the eyes, muscles and inner ear and converting them into signals that help us maintain our balance. The more we learn about the brain, the better chance we have of improving the diagnosis and treatment of central vestibular disorders.
