Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
The WFNR launched the 2022 Franz Gerstenbrand Award in Brain Awareness Week. The Award is worth £3,000 and is open to WFNR members and non-members. It recognises and rewards a neurorehabilitation project that has benefitted patients. The aim was to reach neurorehabilitation professionals. The deadline for entries is 31 October 2022.

The WFNR website would be the most successful as it targets members worldwide. There is only a small number of media that cover neurorehabilitation so the news release will have had limited success.
