Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:

The World Federation for Neurorehabilitation (WFNR) announced its 2016 Franz Gerstenbrand Award. It is open for entries from clinicians, researchers and allied health professionals. The Award recognises and rewards a neurorehabilitation project that has benefitted patients. Entries for the WFNR Award can come from any aspect of neurorehabilitation, for example a patient or clinic management initiative, research project, best practice development or the use of a new technological development. The Award encourages all professionals working in the field to enter, and special consideration is given to applications from those under 30 years of age. The annual, single prize will be awarded as either a travel bursary to a clinical conference, professional development course or research project.
