Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
The main objective of our program was to create a passion in secondary school students for the brain and to motivate them in pursuing careers in the future that are related to the brain and brain science. Through our various activities such as the brain exhibition by a Neuroanatomist, a lecture on neurological disorders from a Dr of pharmacology, an introduction to Neuroscience, and the Inter-secondary school brain bee competition, I believe we were able to achieve the objective which was evident in their feedbacks.
